WHY COFFEE.DOG?

Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my website. With everything happening in the world, I truly appreciate anyone who stops by.

For the past four years, I’ve worked on a coffee farm in Northern NSW, learning the craft from the ground up—literally. It’s been an incredible experience, but now it’s time to step out on my own and see where this path leads.

COFFEE.DOG started on Link Rd in Byron Bay, originally called Link Rd for a brief moment. From the beginning, it was about one simple idea: bringing people together over good coffee. Whether you’re having a quiet moment or catching up with someone, coffee has a special way of connecting us.

I grew up on a farm in New Zealand, so working with my hands and being close to the land has always been a part of me. Roasting coffee feels like a natural extension of that—a way to stay grounded while sharing something good with others.

I roast every batch fresh in small amounts to get the best from the coffee—respecting where it comes from, how it’s made, and the moments it creates.

COFFEE.DOG is about slowing down, appreciating the simple things, and sharing them with others. And more than anything, I want to make coffee fun for everyone—no rules, no pretension, just good coffee that brings people together.

Thanks again for checking out my site. Your support truly means a lot.

WOOF!
